IndiaBulls Housing Finance Limited was incorporated in May 2005. As measured by AUM, it is one of the largest housing finance companies ("HFC") in India. It is a non-deposit taking HFC and is registered with the NHB. It is also a registered financial institution under the SARFAESI Act. They primarily focus on long-term, mortgage-backed loans. They primarily offer home loans and real estate loans to their target clientele of employees and the self-employed. In the future, such loans will also be offered to small and medium-sized enterprises. They also offer mortgage loans to real estate developers in India in the form of rental discounts for commercial premises and construction financing for the construction of residential buildings. A large portion of assets under management ("AUM") consists of home loans, including in the affordable housing segment.
Offices include head offices, master service centres, branches and service centres. Their network enables us to have an India-wide presence in Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities in India. Their network also enables us to interact with and service customers at the local level, while ensuring that key credit decisions are made only at regional centres in accordance with established internal parameters and protocols. As of July 31, 2020, the company had a direct sales team of more than 1,000 employees spread across the network.
